GadgetMall connects customers with approved independent gadget shops. Product descriptions, prices, stock, warranties, fulfillment options, and after-sales commitments are provided by the selling shop unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders are subject to seller confirmation, product availability, payment verification when applicable, and the selected pickup or delivery arrangement. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Cancelled, returned, disputed, or refunded orders are handled according to the seller's published terms, applicable consumer laws, and GadgetMall review procedures. Misuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate claims, or attempts to bypass marketplace protections may result in account restriction.
